Ingredients:

2 cups corn flakes
2 tbsp mixed nuts
1 tbsp raisin
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup melted ghee
50 gms condensed milk
2 tbsp grated dry coconut
How to Make:
Combine all the above ingredients and Mix well and prepare medium-sized balls from the mixture. Garnish with raisins and Enjoy!

2. Corn Flakes Cookies

Ingredients:
150g Butter
70g Icing Sugar
1 Egg Yolk
50g Cornflour
180g Plain Flour
80g Cornflakes – crushed

How to Make:
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Beat butter in a bowl till it turns smooth and creamy. Add sugar and mix well. Then add plain flour, baking powder, vanilla essence and lemon juice. Knead the mixture into a smooth dough. Divide the dough into equal parts and roll them into round cookies. Coat the cookies with corn flakes on both sides. Arrange the cookies on a greased tray and Bake at 170C for 10 minutes. Cool & keep in an airtight container.

3. Corn flakes Poha

One of the creative ways to use corn flakes is to make healthy poha out of it.

Ingredients:

2 Cup Cornflakes
2 Cup Poha
½ Cup Peanuts
½ cup Roasted Black Gram/ chane
1/3 Cup Cashew
8-10 Curry Leaves
½ Teaspoon red Chili Powder
1/3 Teaspoon Turmeric
Salt As Per Taste
3-4 Tablespoon Oil

How to Make:
Heat some oil and toss asafetida, curry leaves, mustard seeds, green chili, roasted peanuts, salt and Stir in corn flakes and mix well. Saute for a minute. Serve hot.

4. Fried Ice-cream

A famous Mexican dessert, Fried Ice-Cream is crunchy on the outside and creamy inside. 

Ingredients:
1 quart vanilla ice cream
3 cups crushed cornflakes cereal
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
3 egg whites
2 quarts oil for frying

How to Make
Prepare ice cream balls and freeze them overnight. Combine corn flakes and cinnamon in a bowl. Roll the ice cream balls in egg white and then in corn flakes mixture. Deep fry the corn flakes coated ice cream balls for 10-12 seconds. Top up the fried ice cream with chocolate syrup or honey. Enjoy!

5. Apple Corn Flakes Pancakes

Apple Cornflakes Pancakes is a healthy breakfast that you can make for your loved ones.

Ingredients
1 cup cornflakes
1 tablespoon all purpose flour
1/2 cup milk
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 cup rolled oats
1/4 cup grated apple
1/4 cup powdered sugar
6 teaspoon melted butter
4 teaspoon honey

How to Make
Combine all the ingredients, except the fruit salt, in a bowl and mix well to make a thick batter using enough water. Keep aside for at least 15 to 20 minutes till the cornflakes and oats absorb moisture and the mixture becomes soft. Add the fruit salt and mix gently. Grease a non-stick pan, pour ¼ of the batter and spread it evenly to make a thick 100 mm. Cook on a medium flame on one side using some butter, gently lift the pancake using a flat spatula and cook on the other side till it turns brown in color from both the sides. Repeat with the remaining batter to make 3 more pancakes. Serve hot with honey.
